The Blackwell Grange Hotel has temporarily suspended operations from Tuesday 24th March 2020 until further notice.
We have regrettably taken this unprecedented decision following government advice and guidelines as the COVID-19 situation continues to develop across the world.
The safety and duty of care of our guests and staff is our priority at all times.
Many of you have been in contact with messages of support and solidarity in recent days, and we are deeply grateful for these. If you have made reservations with us, our teams will be in contact to make all necessary arrangements and our social media channels will keep you updated.
We realise some of our guests may have outstanding gift vouchers that may expire over the following months, don’t worry we will extend these. We have contacted all weddings booked for the next 3 months, we will contact all other events when we have updated guidelines to follow.
My team joins me in saying please stay safe, stay at home and take care of your families, and we will be counting the days until we welcome you all back again.
All the best.
Dawn Raine, General Manager
